  • These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

  • If you have questions about materials, energy alignment, or sourcing, please email us before ordering.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout.

4. Order Processing and Pre-Orders

  • Most of our pieces are made to order and require 10–15 business days for production before shipping.

  • Order fulfillment time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

  • During high-demand periods or limited drops, fulfillment may take longer.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

5. Shipping

  • We currently ship within the U.S. and select international locations.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • T30MPLE is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses, courier delays, or customs issues.

  • Any customs, duties, or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom and energetic nature of our products.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@t30mple.shop within 7 days of delivery, including:

    • Order number

    • Clear photo of the item and packaging

    • Description of the issue

We’ll review your case and do our best to resolve it.
